Marines and Civilian-Marines from Marine Corps Logistics Command and Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany demonstrated their can-do attitudes and community spirit by reaching out to neighbors in Albany and surrounding areas during the United Way of Southwest Georgia’s Day of Caring, Friday.
The Day of Caring is an annual community event connecting volunteers with local non-profit organizations to assist with various projects.
The volunteers demonstrated teamwork as they worked together to make the community stronger and better for all.
The volunteers gathered at the Albany Mall Food Court prior to kicking off the work day.
