Monday through Friday: 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Closed for lunch 11:45 a.m. - 12:45 p.m.
Weekends & Holidays: Closed

After Duty Hours passes will be at the main gate

Below you will find information regarding obtaining various base passes.

MCLB ALBANY VEHICLE REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
(ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS REQUIRED)

Vehicle Registration	• Active Duty/Retired Military or Civilian DoD ID card • Valid Drivers License • Current Vehicle Registration • Current Proof of Insurance (must meet GA minimum) • Driver's Improvement Course card (all Military under 26 years of age) *If vehicle is not in the Registrant's name a CONSENT TO DRIVE FORM will need to be filled out, signed and notarized by the owner of the vehicle.
Motorcycle Registration	•M/C endorsement on Drivers License • Approved Motorcycle safety course • Current Vehicle Registration • Current Proof of Insurance(must meet GA minimum)
Temporary Passes (1-3 days)	• Active Duty/Retired Military, Civilian DoD ID Card or Contractor CAC • Driver's License • Current Vehicle Registration • Current Proof Insurance(must meet GA minimum) *A Visitor's request form will need to be filled out listing a DoD sponsor if ID Cards listed above are not presented at the time of Temporary Pass request.
Temporary Passes (30 days)	• Active Duty/Retired Military, Civilian DoD ID Card or Contractor CAC or DBIDS Card • Drivers License • Current Vehicle Registration or bill of sale • Current Proof of Insurance (must meet GA minimum) *If vehicle is not in the Registrant's name a CONSENT TO DRIVE FORM will need to be filled out, signed and notarized by the owner of the vehicle.
Rental Car Passes	• ID card and Drivers License • Rental Agreement (must not be expired and can only be issued for the duration of the rental agreement)

Active Duty and Retired Military	• 6-month temporary pass • 30-day temporary pass • 1-7-day temporary pass	Temporary pass for duration of rental contract
Retired DoD Civilians	• 1-7-day temporary pass	Temporary pass for duration of rental contract
Contractors / Vendors	• Less than 6-month temporary pass • 30-day temporary pass • 1-7-day temporary pass	Temporary pass for duration of rental contract
