Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany leadership hosted a Women's Equality Day luncheon to celebrate the 1920 passage of the 19th Amendment giving women the right to vote, August 30. The anniversary of that adoption is officially observed on August 26. Organizers displayed several posters dating back to 2003 showing off the eras in which the Department of Defense has supported the national holiday. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Re-Essa Buckels)
