Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany and Marine Corps Logistics Command officials attend a celebratory luncheon March 18 for the new Albany Green Energy biomass plant along with other community leaders. The new Biomass Plant will use waste wood to provide steam to help run one of Procter & Gamble's largest U.S. facilities and provide renewable electricity for the residents of Georgia.
