Lee County Junior Leadership Academy toured Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany with Anthony Wade, operations and plans specialist, May 9.

Immediately after the tour, the academy met with MCLB Albany leaders Lt. Col. Christian Felder, executive officer, MCLB Albany; Terry Whitaker, director of small business, Marine Corps Logistics Command; Kurt Bland, deputy director, Communications and Information Systems Division; and George Lampkin, director of C4, LOGCOM. Each expressed their views of the importance of higher education, communication and leadership.
