Cpl. James Medders, police officer/dog handler, Marine Corps Police Department, Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany, and his K-9 Military Working Dog search the perimeter of Covella Pond during a “Lost-Child” full-scale exercise on the installation, June 13. The training scenario included reports that a young boy was seen entering the water at the pond. There were roughly 50-60 personnel from the base as well as the city’s mutual partners, who participated in the day-long event.
