Shenika Clyde takes to the stage to commemorate Naval Branch Health Clinic-Albany’s African-American heritage, at Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany’s Base Theater, recently. Accompanied on keyboard by Suporah Murray, Clyde kicked off the program with a vocal solo and musical performance, which brought a roaring round of applause and cheers from attendees at a celebration. The event, which began at the clinic, ended at the Base Theater, with a private showing of the movie, “Hidden Figures.”
