Bill Boone, entrepreneur outreach specialist, University of Georgia, Small Business Development Center, facilitates a Boots-2-Business Workshop session at Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany’s Lifelong Learning Center, recently. Boone is credited with being the catalyst for developing the program and for bringing it to Georgia. “The Boots-2-Business trains over 25,000 veterans per year,” Boone said.
