Sgt. Maj. Stephanie Murphy, sergeant major, Marine Corps Logistics Command, speaks during the annual Veterans Appreciation Luncheon at Turner Job Corps, Nov. 13. Murphy thanked the veterans in attendance for their service and encouraged them to continue to cultivate their deep love of country and service. “But to the students gathered here, I urge you to challenge yourselves to complete the task of graduating from your respective programs, be humble, be genuine, be a leader, focus on your daily efforts and finish what you start,” she said. “This is how you honor veterans.”
