Col. James C. Carroll III, commanding officer, Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany, presents Annette Williams, financial management analyst, Accounting Branch, MCLB Albany, with an American flag, which flew over Coffman Hall on her behalf as well as other certificates honoring her 29 years of service to both MCLB Albany and Marine Corps Logistics Command. The ceremony was held in the Carson Conference Room, Building 3500, Sept. 22. Kent Morrison, executive director, assisted with the presentation.
