Corporals attending the two-week Corporal’s Course at Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany, recently, listen as Brig. Gen. Patrick J. Hermesmann, 4th Marine Logistics Group, New Orleans, Louisiana, delivers a motivational speech on leadership. Hermesmann encouraged the corporals to include "four ships" as they journey through their time in the Corps: "leadership, mentorship, partnership and friendship.” The training was conducted as part of the noncommissioned officers’ Professional Military Education.
