Officials discuss Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany's safe haven plan in the installation's Emergency Operations Center, June 17, during an exercise titled, Hurrex 2015. They used a scenario in which the faux Tropical Storm Geoffrey headed toward Parris Island, S.C. MCLB Albany provides a safe haven for service members from 10 other military installations in the event of destructive weather.
