Marines and civilian-Marine parents fill Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany’s Town and Country Ballroom, here, March 12, to receive changes to the state’s mandatory competency testing for area students in grades 3-12. The Georgia Milestones Assessment System, which replaced the CRCT, was implemented for Dougherty County School System students at the beginning of 2014-2015 school year.
