Staff Sgt. Johnnie M. Encarnacion, procurement specialist, Marine Corps Logistics Command, receives his new rank in a ceremony, here, recently. Master Sgt. William Tolleson, procurement chief, LOGCOM, pinned the newly-promoted staff sergeant. Tolleson characterized the new staff sergeant as very deserving and hard working, one who goes above and beyond, and one who far exceeds his expectations.
