The Naval Branch Health Clinic Albany now offers dental services to TRICARE eligible retirees and their families on a space available basis at its clinic aboard Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany.

“In an effort to expand dental services in the Albany area, we created our new space available services to provide additional dental care to our retiree community and their families,” Lt. Cmdr. Raymond Bristol, officer-in-charge, NBHC Albany, said.

Space available services occur when the clinic’s dental department has unfilled appointments or cancellations.

Dental services include dental exams, second opinions and cleanings.

The dental clinic is open Mondays – Fridays from 7:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. Patients should call 229-639- 7871 after 9 a.m. to check the status of available time slots; however, cleanings are only available Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

To take advantage of this service, patients must be present at the clinic for the available time slot — appointments for space available services will not be scheduled.
