MARINE CORPS LOGISTICS BASE ALBANY, Ga. --
When customers visit Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany, Ga., Branch Health Clinic and have something good (or bad) to say about their experience, the customer logs into ICE from their work station, home or anywhere they have an internet connection and leaves their comments as one of our customers below did.
“I had a medical appointment with a doctor that came up from Jacksonville, Fla.!!!! He was FANTASTIC! Where has he been since I have been stationed here. He was a consummate professional! I was absolutely WOWED by his concern and his service. I’ve had these medical concerns for some time now and I’ve mentioned it to my doctor before. This doctor came in, listened and treated me. He didn’t give me MOTRIN and send me away. PLEASE, BRING HIM BACK!!!!!!!! This is the type of DOCTOR that needs to be on staff here!!!!!!!! I am forever grateful that I had the pleasure of meeting him!!! He was genuinely concerned about me and my health!”
However, when searching our ICE site, there is no link to the BHC. That’s because, per the direction of the Navy Bureau of Medicine, all Naval Health Clinics’ ICE sites will be managed by the Navy and not the Marine Corps.
The BHC ICE location is managed by Naval Hospital Jacksonville. When logging into ICE to make a comment on the BHC; from the ICE Welcome page you will need to select the CONUS link located under Navy, then search for the link to Naval Hospital Jacksonville.
That link will lead to Naval Hospital Jacksonville’s ICE site and the service category for HEALTH. Click the Health link which will lead to the service provider list, scroll down and search for Branch Health Clinic – BHC Albany (MCLB Albany).
This link will take you to the score card, where you will rate MCLB Albany’s BHC and leave your comments. You may also use the kiosk located in the lobby of the BHC, if you use this kiosk you will be taken directly to their customer survey page.
The clinic is very interested in your comments concerning our services. Please take a moment to visit our ICE website and tell us how we might service you better http://ice.disa.mil/index.cfm?fa=site&site_id=361.
