MARINE CORPS LOGISTICS BASE ALBANY, Ga. - Col. James C. Carroll, III, Commanding Officer, Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany, along with Megan O'Connell, Director, Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society, Kings Bay and Albany, Ga., officially reopens the NMCRS Office at Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany during a ribbon-cutting ceremony, Dec. 13.
