Brig. Gen. Patrick J. Hermesmann, 4th Marine Logistics Group, New Orleans, Louisiana, addresses corporals attending the two-week Corporal’s Course at Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany, recently. The training was conducted as part of the noncommissioned officers’ Professional Military Education on leadership. Hermesmann encouraged the corporals to include "four ships" as they journey through their time in the Corps: "leadership, mentorship, partnership and friendship.”
