Military families take advantage of the opportunity to network with area school administrators during the installation’s Operation Tools for School event at the Town and Country Restaurant Grand Ballroom, July 21. The activity, which was hosted by Marine Corps Community Services staff at Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany, was designed to kick off the academic school year and to provide a chance for active-duty service members, their spouses and children to obtain relevant information from local and neighboring counties’ school systems representatives. Students were given school supplies and a toy at the event.
