Petty Officer 2nd Class Chloee Cuevas, radiology technician, Naval Branch Health Clinic-Albany, entertains the audience with a traditional African dance performance, at the clinic’s African-American heritage celebration, recently. Cuevas also enacted a poem entitled “A Mother’s Child,” by African-American poet, Langston Hughes. The event, which began at the clinic, ended at Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany’s Base Theater, with a private showing of the movie, “Hidden Figures.”
